Cerignola (Chair-en-yo-lah)

Cerignola

(also known as Bella di Cerignola or Bella della Daunia)

Grown primarily in the Puglia and surrounding regions of Italy, this olive may be seen in light green, dark green, red, or black—each color representing a different curing method. Large, fruity, and buttery, this is a great olive to marinate and serve with a variety of appetizers, along with your favorite Sauvignon Blanc.
