Ingredients:
1 (6-oz.) can Lindsay® Naturals Green Ripe California Pitted Olives, drained
1/4 cup chopped well drained roasted red bell peppers
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sherry wine vinegar
1 tablespoon drained Lindsay® Capers
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover, refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 1 week. Serve at room temperature.
