Ingredients:

4 ounces roasted salted almonds or roasted salted cashews
1 (6 oz.) can Lindsay Naturals Green Ripe Olives, drained
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

Place the almonds or cashews, olives and olive oil in a bowl.  Toss together.

Serving Suggestion: 
Place the mixture in a bowl and serve at room temperature with small cocktail napkins.

For Variation:
Try this recipe with store bought hickory-smoked almonds.

Beverage pairing:
Pour a chilled sparkling wine or Champagne and you’ve got an instant cocktail party. Why Champagne?  Its tingly bubbles love salt, making it a perfect match for the slightly salty Green Ripe Olives.
