Stuffed Olive Cheese Puffs

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup (4 oz.) finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon paprika, preferably smoked
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 (4.5 oz.) jar Lindsay® Specialty Stuffed Olives (any flavor: almond, onion, jalapeno pepper or garlic), drained, patted dry with a paper towel
Directions:
Heat oven to 400°F. Beat together butter and cheese by hand or with an electric mixer until well combined. Stir in flour, paprika and cayenne pepper; mix well.
Using a level measuring tablespoonful of dough, wrap the dough around each olive; place 1-inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand on cookie sheet at least 10 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature. Makes 16 puffs.
