This Spanish-inspired martini variation is a twist on a classic pre-Prohibition cocktail called the Tuxedo, named for an old New York society club (whose members also popularized the dressy jacket of the same name).

Ingredients:

2 oz dry gin
1 oz Manzanilla sherry
1 dash orange bitters
Lindsay® Nutty Almond Queen Olives, for garnish marcona almonds (or other salted nuts) to serve alongside

Directions:

Stir the gin and sherry well with ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add a dash of orange bitters and garnish with Lindsay® Nutty Almond Queen Olives. Serve with almonds and additional olives on the side.
