Ingredients:
2 (10 oz.) packages 8-inch pizza crusts (4 crusts total)
4 teaspoons olive oil
1 (6.5 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1/2 cup julienned drained bottled roasted red bell peppers
1 (5 oz.) log goat cheese, crumbled
1 (5.75 oz.) jar Lindsay® Pimiento Stuffed Spanish Manzanilla Olives, drained
1/4 cup grated Asiago cheese
1/4 cup julienned fresh basil leaves
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 °F. Brush pizza crusts with oil; top with artichoke hearts, bell peppers, goat cheese, olives and Asiago cheese. Place on baking sheets; bake 8 minutes or until crust is golden brown; top with basil.
