California Ripe Olive Hoagie Topping

Ingredients:
1 medium Cucumber, peeled, quartered and sliced
1 small Red onion, sliced
1 (2.25 oz.) can California Black Ripe Olives, sliced
1/3 cup Pepperoncini, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Oregano, Dried
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Place on top of a well-stuffed sandwich.
