Mexican Pizza

A fun pizza with the taste of your favorite Mexican foods. This one's great to serve friends and family, but be sure to put out a knife and fork, it's that kind of pizza.
Ingredients:
1 - 12" pre-baked pizza crust
1 cup bottled salsa
1 cup diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup diced onion
1/3 cup Lindsay Sliced Manzanilla Olives with Pimentos
1/3 cup diced Lindsay Black Ripe Olives
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup diced onion
2 cups shredded Cheddar or Pepper Jack Cheese
1 cup pre-made guacamole
3 cups shredded lettuce
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place pizza shell on pizza pan or cookie sheet. Spread with salsa. Evenly arrange chicken, pepper, onion and olives over the salsa. Sprinkle with grated pepper Jack Cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes or until cheese melts.
Cut into wedges to serve.
Put out bowls of tomatoes, sour cream, onion, shredded cheese, guacamole and lettuce--let your guests load up their pizza slices to suit their own tastes.
