My Little Greek Pizza

I love kalamata olives and this pizza is a great place to showcase them. This pizza can be made quickly and makes a nice individual meal or snack.

Ingredients

6 inch pita bread
½ cup prepared pesto
½ cup Lindsay Greek Kalamata olives; split in half
½ cup cooked chicken; cubed
¼ cup sun dried tomatoes in oil
½ cup feta cheese

Directions:

Spread pesto on pita bread and top with remaining ingredients. Place on baking sheet under broiler for 5 minutes.
