A chilled appetizer pizza perfect for olive lovers! You can make it the day ahead too.

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese (let soften at room temperature for easier blending)
8 oz. light sour cream
1 teaspoon dill weed
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup Lindsay Sliced Ripe Olives
¾ cup Lindsay Sliced with Pimiento Spanish Manzanilla Olives, drained
4 oz. pepper jack cheese, shredded
2 (8 oz.) packages refrigerated crescent roll dough

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place them crosswise in an ungreased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan, pressing the seams together to make a crust. Bake at 375 degree F. for 13 to 17 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.

In mixer bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, and seasonings. Spread over crust that is completely cool.

Top with shredded cheese and the olives. Refrigerate one to two hours or overnight. Cut into 2" squares to serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
