1 (6 oz.) can white tuna in water, drained
1/4 cup chopped Lindsay® Ripe Pitted or Greek Kalamata Pitted Olives
2 tablespoons light or regular balsamic vinaigrette or Italian salad dressing
1/4 teaspoon herbs de Provence or dried tarragon
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Serve as a sandwich filling or as a main dish salad over salad greens tossed with more vinaigrette.
