Chicken, Kalamata and Feta Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
12 oz. penne pasta
Meat from 1 rotisserie chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces (3 cups)
1 cup Lindsay® Greek Kalamata Pitted Olives
1 cup (4 oz.) crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon spicy Dijon mustard
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well. In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, olives, feta cheese, and basil. Mix well.
In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, olive oil, vinegar and mustard. Add dressing to pasta mixture; mix well. Serve at room temperature or chill up to 24 hours before serving.
