Black Olive and Chard Saute

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Olive oil

2 clove Garlic, thinly sliced

1/4 cup pine nuts

1 bunch Chard, washed and chopped

2 tablespoons Lemon juice

1/2 cup California Black Ripe Olives, sliced

Directions:

Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium-low. Sauté garlic and pine nuts until just golden. Stir in chard and cook until wilted; then add lemon juice and olives.
