Ingredients:
3/4 cup (3 oz.) goat cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons sour cream or crãme fraiche
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped Lindsay® Naturals Green Ripe California Olives
1/4 cup diced well-drained bottled roasted red peppers
Toasted French bread rounds, crackers or endive spears as desired
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine goat cheese, sour cream, rosemary and garlic; mix well. Add olives and red peppers; mix well. Serve on French bread, crackers or endive spears as desired. About 1 cup spread.
