Ingredients

  • 1 ounce gin

  • 1 ounce Italian or French liqueur

  • 1 ounce vermouth

  • ΒΌ ounce olive brine

  • 3 Lindsay Organic Pitted Green Olives

  • Lemon twist (for serving)


Cooking Directions

  1. Combine gin, Italicus, vermouth, and olive brine in an old-fashioned glass filled with ice and stir until very cold, about 30 seconds.

  2. Stir with olive skewer and garnish with a lemon twist.
